It would look really bad considering that we already went through a controversy concerning Rose seemingly being omitted from the first batch of Rise of Skywalker merchandise. It would look bad, when the one prime character from The Last Jedi, in terms of who she is, what she represents and how that movie was received in certain circles, doesn’t make the cut. Truth be told, I would not have been offended had Tico been left off, but I would have been annoyed at the avoidable online controversies that will develop over the absence of the fan-favorite character.
